True Detective Season 4 Exclusive Premiere for HBO MAX

FRAGMENT crafted a one-of-a-kind experiential event for the premiere of HBO MAX’s "True Detective" Season 4 at Lumière Cinema, Event Space 2020. The event transported guests into the mysterious and chilling world of the series, set in Alaska, through immersive design and engaging activities.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a sign reading “Welcome to Alaska”, setting the scene for the evening. A white carpet with life-sized “footsteps” leading the way heightened the sense of anticipation as they entered the event.

Guests had the opportunity to take photos in front of a custom-built photo wall featuring the show’s key visuals, or in a specially designed 3x2 meter photo booth with transparent elements, offering a unique and eerie touch. The standout decor element was a realistic “corpse” display, buried in snow with scattered clothes — a chilling nod to the crime mystery genre.

The atmosphere was further enhanced by illuminated bar tables and modules, resembling ice blocks, where guests could enjoy themed cocktails and beverages provided by Pernod Ricard. A thematic buffet featuring ice sculptures, smoking dry ice, and artificial snow added to the wintery, suspenseful ambiance, turning the event into a memorable experience that mirrored the icy wilderness of Alaska.

This immersive premiere showcased FRAGMENT’s signature attention to detail and creativity that we’re known to bring to event design, delivering a true sensory experience that captivated and engaged all attendees.
